[ Reserve / Booking ]
All our puppies are on a first come , first served basis . No verbal reservations are accepted . We can keep the puppy for the buyer for a week or more , provided that the buyer needs to pay the deposit first , and we will reserve the puppy after receiving the payment . The amount of deposit is depending on the dog breed and the number of days reserved . Before we receive the buyer's deposit , we reserve the rights to sell the puppy to other customers who come first or make a deposit in advance . Unless the buyer can give us a definite time when the deposit will be paid (within 12 hours) .
There is also one very important point . Please remember that once the deposit is paid , it cannot be refunded no matter what reason the buyer gives and needs to cancel the booking . So buyers please consider carefully to make sure that you can buy the puppy of your choice and take care of it for a lifetime before paying the deposit .
[ Transportation Service ]
For buyers who need our delivery service , we need to receive a deposit before we can arrange . No matter where the buyer lives , even if it is very close to us , we still need to collect the deposit before delivery . This is to prevent when the puppy is being delivered but the buyer suddenly changes his/her mind or is not a serious buyer . If this is the situation we are facing , we not only waste time and car fuel , but also cause the puppy to have motion sickness and uncomfortable because of the long-distance travel .
So we hope that buyers will be considerate of us . Because you are facing a real pet shop , and we are facing strange numbers and people we don’t know , only mutual trust transactions can be succeeded , especially buyers need to trust seller . We also always welcome customers to choose puppies in our shop .

[ 保留以及预定 ]
我们所有的狗狗都是以先到先得为主 。恕不接受口头预留 。我们可以为买家保留狗狗一个星期或以上，前提是买家需要先付款定金，我们收到了款项才会做预留 。定金的数目是以狗狗品种以及预留天数来定的 。在我们还没收到买家的定金之前，我们都有权利可以先把狗狗让给其他先来或提前下定金的顾客 。除非买家可以给我们一个确定的时间几时会付定金（12小时内）。
还有非常重要的一点。请记得定金一旦付了是无法退还的 ，不论买家因为什么原因而导致需要取消预订 。 所以请各位买家慎重考虑确定你能买下你选择的狗狗以及照顾它一生才付定金 。
[ 运输 / 载送服务 ]
需要我们提供载送服务的买家我们都需要先收取定金了才可安排 。不管买家住在哪里就算非常靠近我们还是需要先收了定金才会载送 。这是为了避免到时我们把狗狗载送到了但是买家突然改变主意或是并非认真买家。这样我们不止浪费了时间与车油 ，也造成了狗狗可能因坐长途车而晕车的不舒服 。
所以希望各位买家体谅我们 。因为你们面对的是一间实实在在的宠物店，而我们面对的则是陌生号码以及完全不认识的人 ，只有互相信任交易才能成功，特别是买家需要信任卖家 。我们也都随时欢迎顾客们到店里来挑选狗狗 。
